FIGHT CLUB™ is a 45 minute interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio & strength training including free standing bag work. It will incorporate drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, quickness. Depending on the weather this may include being outside for a warm up run or suicide drills.
