 TRX Training can improve strength, joint integrity, balance and stability. When training athletes, the goal is not to lose weight, increase speed or gain strength. The goal is to enhance skill. If you adopt a long term, skill-based approach to  fitness and sport training, increases in all biomotor skills (strength, speed, flexibility and cardiorespiratory) will naturally occur.

TRX class would offer an all body conditioning workout that incorporates a variety of athletic disciplines. This would be a great class for off-season athletes, as well as anyone wanting to improve their body awareness and overall fitness.
